7-Eleven - Slurpee Day

For 7-Eleven 97th birthday, they celebrated their special bond with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® by featuring a custom cup designed by 7-year-old Champion, Nolan. Diagnosed with retinoblastoma at age 3, Nolan underwent surgery and chemotherapy, bravely calling his prosthetic his "superhero eye." His inspiring design will be featured on FREE small Slurpee® drinks on 7/11.

THE CREATIVE CONCEPT

The concept centered around Nolan seeing his custom cup design on an actual 7-Eleven cup for the first time. We needed to capture that moment as he served himself a drink using his personalized cup in the store.

A director friend of the company reached out to us for our help in filming an upcoming production on short notice. Despite the tight timeline, we successfully captured all the content the client needed—and more. Even with the challenge of filming near a busy highway, our sound mixer delivered excellent audio for the interview.

Post-production

Originally, we weren’t hired for post-production. However, a few days after filming, the client reached out to see if we were interested in taking on the post work. The catch? It needed to be completed within 3-4 days. Always up for a challenge, we delivered on time, handling both editing and color.
